Processing Time
At Petonyx, we prepare and ship all orders within 1–3 business days. Every purchase comes with free international shipping, no matter where you live.

Once dispatched, your package will typically arrive within the following timeframes:

Europe : 6–12 business days

Order Updates & Tracking
You’ll receive an order confirmation email once your payment has been processed (usually within 24–48 hours).
A second email will follow once your order is on its way, including a tracking link so you can monitor the shipment.
Please note: it can take 1–3 business days for tracking information to become visible. Occasional delays in updates are normal and do not affect delivery.

Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. Since we aim to ship orders quickly, changes are only possible for a very short period after purchase.

If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect address, we can either reship it or issue a full refund.
